Sensory Guide

Our team can assist users with implementing a good routine. We believe that it is beneficial to use 2-3 sensory aids to achieve better sleep, behavior and focus.

Call or e-email if you have an questions about your individual needs. 

 For sleep you could use a Weighted blanket, Melatonin and white noise. For focus it could be a favorite toy, fidget item and a lap blanket. Speak with your clinician for ideas that would suit you or someone you care for.

We find there is no set formula but that it is usually a combination of more than one element and often will take trial and error.
