Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned? Only faulty items under warranty may be returned. Bed socks and Body socks are not available for return so if you are unsure about size please give one of our team a call.  Items will be returned to the manufacturer before you are refunded or replacements are sent.

If you feel that you have chosen the incorrect item and it is unopened and in original condition our team will be happy to discuss a return option.


WHEN do items need to be returned by?
14 days unless there is an issue with the product and it is a warranty claim.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Once your return is approved an address will be provided or a return satchel sent to you.
