Placing your Order


Cart your items and check out as you normally would. Please choose PAY WITH FUNDING in checkout.
Once you have placed your order we will need a little more information. You can provide the details on the online form below.
NDIS Participant Information Form If you do not receive an e-mail with the information link attached pleas click on the link above.

Please note Weighted Products will need to be quoted and approved through NDIS. We can assist you in this process.

Payments generally take 1-3 days and then your products will be shipped. You will be contacted if there is a delay on shipping of more than 24 hours.
All products provided are new unless indicated in your invoice. Please see FAQ's for all shipping information.

You will be contacted as soon as the process has been started to update the status on your order. (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)

If you have any questions or are unsure what you can purchase using your plan, you can contact the NDIS  team for your state, your clinician or one of our team.

NDIS Information

  • For information on the Support Budgets and what can be provided in your support category please use this link.  Choice and Control:Information you need to know about managing your funding

  • We will use Assistive Technology and Consumables to complete your funding request'

  • Depending on how your funds are managed will determine if we are able to submit a payment request on your behalf or to send you an invoice. (Please ask us if you are unsure)
  •  (Aromatherapy products are not available through the NDIS at this time).
